Course Objective

To build on and practice the knowledge learnt from the Basic Course into real life scenarios. Landscape, Architecture and Interiors.

Where it will be held

We meet at the Charlton Way entrance to Greenwich Park, Blackheath Avenue, London, SE10 8QY.

Course Overview

By the end of this course you will have a better understanding of how to photograph landscapes and which settings to use for which scenario. We will cover topics including how to successfully shoot HDR, how to photograph a panoramic shot, focussing for macro, natural history, wider landscape and architecture, metering modes, how to meter to establish which strength ND Grad Filter to use, we will also be keeping an eye out for useful textures.

This is a follow on course to the Back to Basics course, we take what we have learnt from the first course and put it to good use to create some pretty pictures, also picking up a few new techniques along the way.

It isn’t necessary to complete the Back to Basics course before you come however if you are not using the Manual, Aperture and Shutter Priority modes on your camera it would be a good idea to attend one. A discount is available if you book both courses together, please phone for details.
