Terms and Conditions

Age Requirements: Courses are for students 12 years+, although our staff are CRB cleared other students are over 18 and will not be CRB cleared. It is recommended that a parent/guardian accompanies a minor below the age of 18, the parent will also have to pay the full fees for the course.

Cancellation Policy:

Back to Basics Course – you may rebook if you call to cancel at least 28 days before the course date, if you have purchased a voucher from a deal site these dates are non transferable and a booking fee will be charged to change the date.

Introduction to Landscape Photography – for Landscape Photography courses you can rebook up to 14 days before the course date, a rebooking fee will apply. Rebooking’s will not be taken after the cancellation period for the course and you will not be entitled to a refund. If you have purchased the course at a special offer price then your course fees are non refundable. Landscape courses will run in all weather conditions so please dress appropriately, at the discretion of the tutor he may make a decision on the day to reschedule the course in severe weather conditions, this decision will be made 2 hours before the course and students will be notified by telelphone.

Studio Courses – for studio courses due to financial outlay of these courses and limited capacity 100% of the course fees will be redeemed if cancelled completely, or if rebooked will incur an additional 50% rebooking charge.

We reserve the right to cancel courses within 24 hours of the course date if minimum student numbers are not met, you will be able to rebook on a future course.

Discounts: Discounts on future courses are made available to all students who have attended a basic course, discounts may vary. We run offers with different groups, publications and companies, we reserve the right to offer different discounts dependant on the offer/body you belong to. There are discounts available for members of the South London Federation, Kent County Photographic Association and the Royal Photographic Society, please call or email for discount.

Flickr Group: Any images submitted to the Flickr Group by students automatically give the consent to us to use in monthly newsletters and in the Gallery section of the website, credit will be given to the student and/or a link to their image on Flickr.

Cameras & Equipment: The minimum equipment needed for a course is a DSLR Camera and a Tripod, Bridge camera’s are allowed but you may be restricted with the functionality of the camera. Compact cameras are not recommended on courses but are acceptable on Photo Walks. You are responsible for your own insurance for your equipment.
